Please read these terms carefully before using our facilities.

1. Membership & Access Policies

  • Registration and membership enrollment are completely free.
  • All memberships must be registered or renewed directly at the gym facility.
  • Minors must present signed consent from a parent or legal guardian to use the facility.
  • Members must strictly follow access hours: 6:30 AM – 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM.

2. Cleanliness & Hygiene

  • Members are required to wipe down all equipment, benches, and machines immediately after use.
  • Proper gym attire is strictly enforced. This includes appropriate athletic clothing and enclosed-toe sports shoes. Sandals, jeans, or work boots are not permitted.
  • Please dispose of any trash in the designated bins provided around the gym.

3. Equipment Use

  • All equipment, including dumbbells, barbells, and weight plates, must be returned to their proper storage racks after use.
  • Dropping weights is only permitted in designated lifting zones. Do not drop dumbbells or plates on standard flooring.
  • Please be mindful of the time spent on cardio and strength equipment, especially during peak hours.

4. Conduct & Etiquette

  • Members must respect the personal space of others. Please allow others to work in between sets if requested.
  • Harassment, intimidation, or inappropriate behavior towards other members or staff will result in immediate termination of membership.
  • Filming or photographing other members without their explicit consent is strictly prohibited to ensure everyone's privacy.

5. Safety & Liability

  • Members use the gym facilities and equipment entirely at their own risk.
  • Body-X Gym is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Please secure your valuables.
  • We strongly advise all members to consult with a physician before beginning any new exercise regimen.

6. Payments & Cancellations

  • All membership and session payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Membership freezing or putting an account on hold is subject to management approval and must be requested with valid reason.
  • We reserve the right to modify membership rates with prior notice to all active members.
