Our youthful and active personal trainer, in 3 years, has helped numerous clients effectively achieve their desired goals. He is a weight gain and weight loss specialist. Coach Herald, holds a certification in fitness instructing. He combines physical wellness and mindfulness and transforms each session because of his gentle approach and thorough research. Herald provides you with knowledge and fun to improve your fitness journey.
Coach Toto
Our very own strength training expert who has a passion for gaining muscle and strength. He has been developing plans to meet your goals for over a year. Thanks to Toto's experience, you may securely and effectively get the best possible outcomes.

- Session Pass – ₱50 (1 day)
- Half-Month – ₱250 (15 days)

Membership & Access Policies:
- Free registration and membership.
- Register or renew membership at the gym.
- Minors need guardian consent.
- Follow access hours: 6:30 AM – 11:30 AM, 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM.
Cleanliness & Hygiene:
- Wipe down equipment after use.
- Wear proper gym attire including enclosed-toe shoes.
Equipment Use:
- Return all equipment after use.
- Drop weights only in designated zones.
Conduct & Etiquette:
- Respect others’ space and wait your turn.
- No unsolicited advice or harassment.
Safety Rules:
- Use spotters for heavy lifting.
- No open-toe shoes or unsafe clothing.
Payment & Cancellation:
- Payments made at the gym.
- No contract cancellation once started.
- Payments are non-refundable.
- Freezes/suspensions possible for travel or medical reasons.
